Using our forms

When you submit a form on our website or through our advertising (including Facebook/Instagram lead forms), you confirm the information you give us is yours and accurate. We use it to answer your inquiry and help you book an appointment, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Offers and appointments

Promotional offers are subject to availability and to a consultation at the clinic. Appointments are booked through our booking system and can be changed or cancelled by contacting us.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Top Skin Care & Laser Clinic sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number and agree to be contacted, about their inquiry: booking their appointment, confirmations, reminders and follow-up about their visit.

Frequency: Message frequency varies. Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Help: Reply HELP for help, or call us at (778) 214-1992 or email Info@topskincare.ca.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
